I’m Andrew Homs, though almost everyone calls me Andy. I’ve lived in Orange County my whole life, and I’ve spent nearly 15 years helping buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords across Southern California.
I’m a Broker-Associate with H&M Realty Group, my family’s brokerage, in Laguna Hills. I also buy property myself, so when we look at a home or a deal together, I’m looking at it the way an owner does: what it’s really worth, what it will cost to own, and what could go wrong.
I work with single-family homes, condos, mobile and manufactured homes, and 1031 exchanges. Most of my transactions are paperless, and I bring a trusted network of escrow, title, inspection, and financing pros to every deal. Communication matters most to me: you’ll always know where things stand, and you’ll always be talking to me directly.
